Where: At the Maritime Museum of British Columbia, 28 Bastion Square [MapQuest] in Victoria, BC  

When: Saturday/Sunday - 19/20 September 2009

What: We’ll explore the history of sailing ships, the shanties that were sung to speed the work and pass the time – and we’ll sing! A lot!

Who: It’s led by shantyman Hank Cramer; Captain Les Bolton of LADY WASHINGTON; JD Erskine, former sail training mate of the schooner MAPLE LEAF; and Dr. Brian Maskew
