This brief, cheap booklet should probably be available in every office.  As
Sellers notes, it should not take the place of professional advice.  It can,
and does, provide quick alerts and suggestions regarding the common maladies
associated with computer use and other office pressures.
 
Much of the book is common sense, and unsurprising.  Little of the information
is very detailed.  However, it does give tips and bits of advice on signs to
watch for.  In addition, there is valuable resource information included for
all twenty five chapters.
