Instead, this book is a collection of presentations of business-oriented decision management software, mostly of the expert system type. Each piece has a general introduction to a particular area, as well as the description of the specific program. The "review" is given by an employee or principal of the company involved, so the information can't exactly be objective. However, the presentation is detailed enough that the reader should be able to get a fairly good idea of the package. In case this is not enough, the accompanying CD-ROM contains demo versions of many of the programs. Encrypted versions of others are included, and the keys may be purchased by phone. copyright Robert M.
