Chapter one tells you to use the AppWizard.
 
Chapter two describes the interface for the various resource editors (except
for source code).
 
Chapter three lists code libraries for a variety of tasks such as drawing a
line, drawing a rectangle, and drawing a rectangle with rounded corners.  (This
code is also available on the enclosed disk.)
 
Chapter four is an alphabetical reference to the Microsoft Foundation Classes
C++ library.
