FRANK BLACK Frank Black is a former FBI agent specializing in Behavioral Science. Frank is an agent with a strange perception into the criminal mind. It's his gift. Frank, spending to much time in the criminal mind, suffers from a nervous breakdown and retires from the FBI. Frank has left the FBI and moved his family to his hometown of Seattle Washington. It is here where Frank is approached by a man named Peter Watts. He is representing the Millennium group in an attempt to recruit Frank into what he calls, a criminal investigative consulting group. He then begins investigating serial crimes, with Peter Watts as his partner, for the group. Frank later learns that there is more to the group than criminal consultation. He learns that the group is in fact a secret society with centuries old origins. He learns he is in fact a candidate for membership and is teamed with another candidate, Lara Means. Disillusioned with the group, following the death of his wife in a viral outbreak, Frank takes Jordan and relocates to Falls Church, VA. He begins consulting for the FBI and is teamed with a new partner, Agent Emma Hollis. Emma Hollis would betray him and drive him out of the FBI. Frank and Jordan Black's current location is unknown.

JORDAN BLACK Jordan is the daughter of Frank and Catherine. Jordan may have inherited a gift like her father and grandmother before him. Jordan is still grieving over the loss of her mother. And her gift seems to be getting stronger. |

CATHERINE BLACK Catherine is Frank's wife. After his retirement from the FBI she moved with him to Seattle. She is a counselor and mother to Jordan. She was abducted by a killer known as the Polaroid man because of the pictures he would send to Frank as he stalked his family. Following this abduction Frank tracked down the Polaroid man and killed him. This lead to Frank and Catherine's separation. And them moving out of the yellow house. Catherine perished in the outbreak of Marburg virus in the Seattle area. Megan

PETER WATTS Peter Watts is a former FBI assistant director and Millennium Group field agent. Peter has a wife and three daughters. Peter was the one who recruited Frank and was his liaison to the Millennium Group. The relationship between Frank and Peter was strained over the course of the second year as Frank discovered that the Group had knowledge of the identity the "polariod man." That, coupled with Catherine's death from the Marburg virus that he blamed the group for, made Watts Frank's least favourite person. Now, Peter continues his shadowy operations on behalf of the Group with Frank on his heels. Peter Watts would make classified info known to Frank and let him known he's been protecting him from the group. The current status of Peter Watts is unknown it appears he was shot in his home by the group. |

EMMA HOLLIS Emma Hollis is Frank's new partner in the FBI. She's a member of the FBI's critical incident response unit. Her past has been marred by the witnessing of the death of her sister at the hands of an invader. Hollis is a promising young agent. Their appears to be a possibility that she will be recruited by the Millennium Group. Using her alzheimer inflicted father as bait, the Millennium group would persuade Hollis to work for them and betray her partner. |

LARA MEANS Lara Means is a forensic psychologist. She was approached by the Millennium Group thanks in part to her ability to see angelic figures prior to death. As the Millennium approaches her gift gets stronger. She is later initiated into the Millennium Group and suffers a mental breakdown.

LUCY BUTLER Lucy Butler was accused of murdering her child but was later found innocent, She married convicted serial killer Ephram Fabricant and would help him escape. Fabricant described her as the devil's liege, selling the idea that the devil is born again. She has become synonymous with LEGION. |

THE OLD MAN The spiritual leader of the Millennium group. Lives in recluse in his cabin in Bucksnort where he helps to maintain the balance of good and evil. Murdered by an Odessa member named Gunche. |

THE ELDER The adminstrative leader of the Millennium Group and The Old Man's second in command. After the death of the old man at the hands of Odessa he took on the roll and became the new old man. Nothing else is known. |

DET. BOB BLETCHER A long time friend of Frank Black, Lieutenant Robert Bletcher was a homicide detective in the Seattle Police Department. "Bletch" met an unfortunate death by parties unknown: Assumed to be Lucy Butler. |

DET. GEIBELHOUSE "Giebs" is also a long time friend of Frank, met through mutual friend Bob Bletcher. Giebelhouse is also a detective in the Seattle PD Homicide Division. |

AGENT BARRY BALDWIN Barry Baldwin was a member of the FBI's critical incident response team. Baldwin would be murdered on his way to the hospital following an explosion. |
