"Millennium" Risen From the Dead

There has been a series of great news and rumours for the Millennium fan over the last week.

Firstly, a rumour is currculating that, due to the success of the X-Files DVD boxed set, FOX Home Video is considering releasing Millennium on DVD as well. Email them at foxmovies@fox.com and let them know you support Millennium on DVD.

Secondly, Mark Snow's manager Robert Urband released an announcment saying FOX has finally permitted them to release an offical Millennium Soundtrack CD. You can contact Mr. Urband with your support for this endeavour here:

The third strange occurance of the last week is the reappearance of the Official Millennium site on FOX's server's. Find it here and download all the goodies in case you missed them all the first time around. Who knows how long it'll al be around this time.

Chris Carter @ San Diego Comic Convention

Carter made an appearance at this week's past convention in San Diego, and while he spoke mostly on the X-Files, he made some comments of interest to Millennium fans. He said he expected FOX would release Millennium on DVD if there is enough of a demand. He also stated he would like to have Frank Black back on the X-Files if Lance's schedule permits and reitterated his desire to do a Millennium movie.

X-Files Virtual Season Project

It look like the project is back on. After having postponed it after the news of the X-Files coming back for an eighth season, we are coming back to do a mini-run of 7 or so episodes to air in the fall before the premiere of the X-files 8th Season. This will act as a preview of the Virtual Season 9 we still plan to do. Come back for news as it develops. Including a premiere date and URL.

All, in all, a wild week for the Millennium fan. As far as the site goes I have a whole pile of stuff almost ready to go online. I know, I know, I keep saying updates are coming. They are, but they are taking alot longer than expected.
